Ensures that all aspects of the outlet contribute to 100% guest satisfaction. Supervises and monitors the dining room to ensure the successful operation of assigned restaurants. Ensures that outstanding service and food quality is provided to all guests. Monitors the attendance of restaurant staff and assures proper staffing levels are maintained for each shift. Inspects staff for proper uniforms, personal appearance, and hygiene. Inspects dining areas, lounge and showroom for cleanliness, proper table set-ups, and efficiency and handles any complaints that may arise. Communicates to dining room and kitchen staff regarding volume of business, special events, V.I.P. guests, etc. Conducts daily pre-shift meeting for restaurant staff. Observes staff to ensure Food & Beverage polices and procedures are maintained. Exercises knowledge of the union contract during the supervision of staff.

High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two years experience in some facet of food service industry. Must be able to obtain a NJ Casino Service Employee License.
