The property is just 10 minutes south of New Albany, IN on Hwy. 111.


Ensure that all food products meet the established specifications.

Ensures that all food is prepared on clean surfaces (and with clean utensils) in accordance with restaurant and health department regulations.

Follows all applicable safety procedures while on the work- station.

Ensures the food quality meets restaurant standards.

Places prepared foods in serving dishes in an eye-appealing manner for guest self -service.

Sets up the work- station with the supplies and utensils and prepares needed equipment for food preparation.


One year Ala Carte cooking experience.

Be able to lift 25 lbs. or more.

Duties are inclusive but not limited to above.
