As the world’s largest riverboat casino with over 90,000 square feet of gaming action, we’re located just 20 minutes from downtown Louisville, KY and situated in Elizabeth, Indiana (Harrison County). The property is just 10 minutes south of New Albany, IN on Hwy. 111.

Sincerely greets and welcomes guest.
Maintains a professional appearance at the restaurant’s entrance at all times.
Graciously manages the waiting lines and effectively and efficiently seats the guests.
Is familiar with the daily menu and the hours and days of operation of the restaurant.
Responsible for the cleanliness of the entrance and podium/cashier area’s.
Distributes guests throughout the dining room as evenly as possible as to not overload any one station.
Ensures that guests are comfortable and served with a reasonable amount of time.
Remains aware of the level of service being provided by servers and adjusts seating accordingly preventing an unmanageable workload in any of the stations.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS
Assists other team members in clearing, cleaning and resetting tables.
Cheerfully accommodates the needs and requests of any guest.
Works additional hours on short notice as requested by management, in order to accommodate one of the following: staffing emergency, employee absence, fluctuation in business levels, special projects, etc.
Performs related duties as assigned by management.

Must be able to work different shifts and start times as needed.
Professional appearance and demeanor required.
Lift & Carry heavy objects
Stand for extended periods of time
Work in sitting position for extended periods of time:
Reach for specific objects at short distances in local working area
Use Tools, utensils, equipment, etc
