Refrigeration/Kitchen Mechanic

Mechanical repairs and maintenance to assigned areas. Installation of additional equipment. Relocation of existing equipment. Electrical repairs and maintenance to mechanical equipment. Respond to work requests submitted by area departments. Preventative maintenance on equipment in assigned areas. Be familiar with and complete all paperwork associated with preventive maintenance program. Requisition and receive materials related to areas and maintain orderly inventory. Maintain good housekeeping practices in shop and work areas. Assist other areas in repairs. Meet with the Executive Chef on a daily basis. Perform any other duties that may be assigned by Management. Keep good refrigerant inventory logs as described by D.E.Q.

High School diploma or equivalent. Background in refrigeration training from a recognized institution. Must have three years related experience in refrigeration and kitchen maintenance. Must be able to lift 65 pounds safely. Must be able to work from a 12 foot ladder. Must be 21 years of age or older
