JOB SUMMARY: Provides fast, friendly and courteous service to every guest every time while taking and serving cocktail orders.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Keeps assigned work areas clean and orderly. Always looks for service opportunities and handles concerns and questions that guest may have. Adheres to all departmental policies and procedures.

Must be at least 21 years of age. Must have a valid ABO card. Must posses excellent inter-personal and verbal communication skills. Must be extremely out-going with the public. Must be able to lift and carry 20lbs for extended periods of time. Must be able to bend, stoop and twist while serving cocktails, stand and walk for up to 4 hours wearing one inch heels. Must meet all appearance requirements and standards. Willingness to work on your feet the entire shift. Promotes a team effort.
