Caesars Indiana is owned and operated by Harrah’s Entertainment. As the world’s largest riverboat casino with over 90,000 square feet of gaming action, we’re located just 20 minutes from downtown Louisville, KY and situated in Elizabeth, Indiana (Harrison County). The property is just 10 minutes south of New Albany, IN on Hwy. 111.

Receives & distributes beverage requests in assigned area.
Retrieves all glassware in assigned area returning them to the bar
Keeps assigned area neat & orderly, to include keeping gaming tables wiped down, all ashtrays clean.
Clean and stock service- stations; advises bar porter when supplies are low.
Communicates with management the area in need of special attention to better facilitate our quality guest service.
Able to accurately & properly call a drink order
Have a complete understanding of all products served.
Verifies Micros receipts ensuring accuracy.
Perform side work as assigned.
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
Gives breaks to fellow Cocktail Servers

Exceptional customer service skills a must along with an upbeat and positive attitude are a must. Must possess good communication skills.Works additional hours on short notice as requested by management in order to accommodate one or more of the following: staffing emergency, employee absence, fluctuation in business levels, special functions, etc.
Must be able to complete beverage certification within 90 days.
Must have ability to apply and receive gaming license.
Must have liquor license.
Must be capable of walking/standing for 4 hours at a time.
Must have the ability to handle & balance a serving tray.
Must be able to wear a polished black leather shoe, close toe & heel for female servers.
Must have excellent communication skills
