JOB SUMMARY: Provides service to our Buffet patrons by serving drink orders, suggesting Buffet items, anticipating needs and answering questions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Servers in the Buffet are responsible to ensure their station areas are fully served with appropriate supplies and needs. The Food server performs “service checks” with each guest and works collaboratively with the Serving Assistant to ensure that the needs of the patrons are met. Graveyard shift, duties may very, including menu presentation and service of meals.

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 1 year previous serving experience, preferred. Must have exceptional guest service skills, including excellent communications kills. We are looking for entertainers that enjoy a very fast paced atmosphere. Must be focused on being part of a team to ensure excellent guest service for every guest, every time. Must be able to stand and walk, entire shift.
