BROILER COOK: Cooks all food orders, including meat, fish, poultry and related items, in a quick, timely and accurate manner.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:
Receives food orders from the computer printer. Takes the printed orders and places them on a rotating wheel. Reads each food order and prepares the food items. After preparing food orders, places them on table for pick-up by Food Servers. Keeps area clean and stocked with food supplies, then rotates and dates stock. Completes station check list and par sheets one hour before completion of shift. Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Two years experience as a Broiler Cook is required. Previous working knowledge of point of sales system preferred. Must be able to provide own tools. Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift. Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team. Must present a well-groomed appearance.
