JOB SUMMARY: Supervises all areas as assigned to a particular kitchen. Insures that kitchen is clean and that raw materials are available for preparation. Takes inventory of raw materials and requisitions items as needed to maintain par stock. Enforces portion control and proper presentation of food. Disciplines employees under his/her supervision with consultation of other supervisors.

REQUIRED SKILLS: Minimum of two (2) years experience in a professional cooking environment in a supervisory or Chef position. Ability to lift 50 lbs.Ability to push or pull 150 lbs. High school diploma or equivelent required.
