Qualifications:
Two years college preferred, high school diploma required. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to solve directs and prioritizes problems accordingly.

Essential Job Functions:

Communicates service problems and team plans in buzz sessions and facilitates problem-solving meetings with team. Immediately addresses service issues and follows up to ensure guest satisfaction. Keeps team well informed of property promotions and events and is present and visible at customer events. Takes personal responsibility for creating an atmosphere of luck.
Develops and maintains a rapport with slot players and handles customer concerns not resolved by subordinates. Observes, supervises and countersigns hand-paid jackpots when required. Coordinates with Security and other related departments, to ensure appropriate guest service. Assists in the development of training programs. Trains all new employees, retrains existing employees and evaluates training programs to determine competence levels of employees. Maintains and updates operating manuals and training material for department. Oversees compliance with all state regulations and accompanying internal controls as applied to the slot operations function inclusive, but not limited to: safeguarding funds, reviewing documents for completion and accuracy, and monitoring employees’ activities. Assists Slot Shift Manager in hiring, scheduling, performance evaluations and all other employee support/related functions.
Must be able to lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 40 lbs.
