Dealing casino games as assigned in order to provide a courteous and entertaining experience for Harrah’s guests and generate revenue for the department. Provides game instructions to guest when requested or as assigned in order to encourage game activity. Sponsors new dealers as needed in order to provide new hires with adequate on the job training. Provides game protection by keeping visual contact of all guests and game layout. Initiates courteous and friendly conversation with guests. *Previous Table Games experience required, specifically able to deal some Major Games including; Roulette, Craps, Mini Bac, Blackjack, carnival games, and Pai Gow. We do require that all applicants audition for these positions. We also pay more per hour based on your game knowledge, for each major games that you can deal, we will pay an additional .25 per game. (Craps, Roulette, Mini-bac and Pai Gow(Mini-bac and Pai Gow are considered onegame, and must be able to deal all derivatives). In order to qualify for a game skill wage, dealers must be proficient and consistently willing to deal the major games.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Successful completion of 21 school or other specialized training.
  
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
  
• Able to communicate clearly and tactfully.
  
• Previous Table Games experience required, specifically able to deal some Major Games including; Roulette, Craps, Mini Bac, Blackjack, carnival games, and Pai Gow. We do require that all applicants audition for these positions.
  
• Must be able to read, speak and understand English.
