Cleaning slot machines, in-between machines, ashtrays, slot bases, trashcans, restrooms, offices, public areas, windows, restaurants, counter tops, furniture and any other decorative objects in the casino or common areas. Vacuuming carpets, sweeping and mopping tile floors, cleaning any spills that occur. Cleaning any bio hazardous materials when it occurs. Removing trash from trash container and placing it into the dumpsters. Consistently providing great guest service by smiling and greeting, providing a warm farewell, checking for satisfaction and maintain an upbeat, energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred. Must have good communication skills. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Good organizational skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with co-workers within the department as well as all other departments. Must be able to deal with stressful and busy situations without allowing it to impact the ability to maintain our service standards. Must be able to stand and work in a noisy, smoke filled environment without restrictions for eighth-hour shift. Must be able to lift 30-40 pounds (push/pull).

Licensing and Certification Required:
Employees may be required to obtain a Missouri Gaming Commission license. The initial license is paid for by the employee through payroll deduction. All subsequent renewals for the license are paid by Harrah’s North Kansas City.
