Employee Dining Room Attendant

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Serve the guests in a quick and friendly manner.
  
• Operate equipment and prepare food to ensure guest satisfaction.
  
• Assist in all areas of sanitation as directed by Board of Health.
  
• Restock supplies as needed.
  
• Follow all company procedures involving gaming regulations.
  
• Receive money and return change in a accurate manner.
  
• Keep area clean and neat during shift.
  
• Ensure area is clean before closing.
  
• Assist others in duties as directed by supervisors.
  
• Must assist patrons in answering questions and direct them to areas of safety during emergencies as instructed by management, security or senior crew members.
  
• Assure exceptional customer service to all patrons by communicating in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
  
• Some experience as a buffet cook required.
  
• Must have neat and clean appearance.
  
• Must be 21 years of age.
  
• Must have the ability to hold an Occupational License as required by the Illinois Gaming Board.
