ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Keep bars stocked with beer and liquor.
  
• Stock ice supply as needed.
  
• Clean bars, beer cooler and liquor room at end of each day.
  
• Follow all company procedures involving gaming regulations.
  
• Keep all glasses clean and restocked.
  
• Take out trash as needed.
  
• Must assist patrons in answering questions and direct them to areas of safety during emergencies as instructed by management, security or senior crew members.
  
• Assure exceptional customer service to all patrons by communicating in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
  
• Lift at least 50 pounds to height of shoulders.
  
• Stand or walk for long periods of time.
  
• Tolerate noisy environment.
  
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
  
• Must have a friendly and outgoing personality and have a flexible schedule.
  
• Must have the ability to hold an Occupational License as required by the Illinois Gaming Board.
