Events Center - Banquet Server - On Call

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Perform the duties of greeting, serving, and waiting on customers who are invited to dine at one our Banquet Fucntions.
  
• Ability to clean and stock areas.
  
• Ability to acknowledge, greet and converse with customers.
  
• Ability to read and write.
  
• Respond to visual and oral signals.
  
• Address concerns and question's.
  
• Ability to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke.
  
• Ability to price cash transactions accurately.
  
• Physical dexterity to carry and remove dishes, deliver food, answer phones and assist in guest with chairs while seating.
  
• To give friendly and excellent service.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to carry 6 or more dinners on a large tray.
  
• Demonstrate the willingness to be a team player.
  
• Must be able to work a fluctuating schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays.
  
• Ability to work in hot or cold weather.
  
• Ability to continually stand and/ or walk entire shift
  
• One year food server experience preferred.
  
• Good people skills.
  
• Must be 21 years or older.
  
• Heavy tray experience.
