Facilities Serviceman/Deckhand

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• To perform daily tasks and assignments as assigned by the supervisors.
  
• To perform United States Coast Guard required drills as instructed by supervisory personnel
  
• Perform a variety of Facilities Maintenance, repair or service duties to ensure continuous operation of the buildings and Mechanical Facilities.
  
• Using appropriate materials and supplies while observing all safety regulations in the performance of duties on the property.
  
• Assure exceptional customer service to all patrons by communicating in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum age 21.
  
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 70 lbs.
  
• Able to work in group atmospheres.
  
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
  
• Previous facilities maintenance experience a plus
  
• Able to work in stressful and busy situations without impact to our service standards.
  
• Must have the ability to hold and Occupational License as required by the Illinois Gaming Board.
