The Guest Room Attendant provides a clean and safe environment for the guest that meet or exceed Harrah’s standards of cleanliness and guest service.

Essential job functions include:

• Must clean a minimum of 14 rooms a day while maintaining the Harrah’s standard of cleanliness and delivering great guest service.
  
• Must be able to cross train and be able to perform all functions.
  
• Acts as a role model and always presents oneself as a credit to Harrah’s and encourages others to do the same.
  
• Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
  

The ideal candidates for the position of Guest Room Attendant will posses the following qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  
• Housekeeping or environmental service experience preferred.
  
• Excellent customer service skills
  

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
  
• Able to push, pull and carry up to 100 pounds.
  
• Need to stoop, bend, reach and pull.
  
• Respond to visual and aural cues.
