This global Online Casino Operator seeks retention and conversion managers for their International casino customer base. Although you will need to converse internally in English, the customer base is 100% non English speaking, and you will need to speak and write fluently either in French, German or Italian, as well as English. The role itself will involve communicating with customers both current and lapsed on the phone, via email, and instant messenger. A history of on-line gaming and or customer service is essential.
