Job Functions
Performing the service of replenishing stock and all cleaning required behind the bar; working behind the bar to facilitate the smooth flows of service to customers by the Bartender\Cocktail Server; checking and maintaining the required bar stock and maintains cleanliness and order on assigned station; obtaining replacement stock from the warehouse; inventory in accordance with established procedures; assisting bartender in providing maximum efficiency and service levels by retrieving guests special requests; During busy times icing drink glasses and pouring non-alcoholic drinks.

Qualifications
Mobility and dexterity to move and carry large heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds; Mobility to move easily in outlet and storage areas; Must have High School degree or GED.
