BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF JOB:
Responsible for providing assistance to shift manager by maintaining continuous contact with the slot supervisors to ensure efficient operation of the slot floor. Communicates with shift manager on all matters related to Guests and Associates in accordance with established guidelines and company policies.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
College degree preferred or equivalent experience. Two to three years of team leadership experience required.
