Responsible for providing friendly, courteous service to guests every time and cleaning 16 rooms up to Harrah’s standards within assigned shift.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:
Clean 16 rooms during assigned shift including making beds, dusting furniture and vacuuming carpet. Must meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Six months to one year previous experience as a Guest Room Host is preferred. Must be able to get along well with co-workers and work well as a team member. Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift. Must present a well-groomed appearance.
