Performs the service of cleaning and resetting tables, and keeping an adequate supply of cleaning materials and supplies. Maintains an upbeat, positive, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude while working, servicing guests and employees.

Daily Duties include:

• Serves coffee, water and tea to guests when assigned.
  
• Clears tables of all items when guests have left and removes soiled dishware to the dishwashing area, linens to soiled laundry area and other items to disposal area.
  
• Sets tables for service.
  
• Monitors the cleanliness of the assigned station as well as the restaurant as a whole.
