SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE
Cleans tables, keeps condiments and stocked, keeps an adequate supply of cleaning materials and supplies at all times. Receives and records all payments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Greets Employees in friendly and courteous manner.
  
• Accepts responsibility for cash register bankroll, all cash received.
  
• Receives, records, and makes changes for all food Employees checks processed.
  
• Prepares multiple reports.
  
• Use computerized cash register.
  
• Maintains the supply of salt, pepper, dressings, butter, cream, coffee, hot water and other condiments at assigned station.
  
• Clears and cleans tables of debris and other items after employee has left.
  
• Keeps supply of cups and forks, spoons, and knives.
  
• Fills napkin holders as needed.
  
• Cleans food line area when assigned.
  
• Cleans and keeps ashtrays distributed in smoking area.
  
• Performs emergency mopping and cleaning of floor if needed.
  
• Covers other stations when needed.

• Accuracy in handling money.
  
• Good public relations skills.
  
• Literate and fluent English.
  
• Dexterity to use cash register.
  
• Legible handwriting.
  
• Mobility and dexterity to reach and clean tables.
  
• Flexibility in fingers and hands to keeps items filled such as ketchup, mustard, salt and pepper containers.
  
• Must be able to lift 20 pounds above waist level.
