Casino Marketing ExecutiveThis position identifies premium players locally, regionally and in outer-feeder markets with emphasis on developing relationships with
players and regional sales representatives in order to attract their business to Harrah’s Council Bluffs Casino & Hotel and Horseshoe
Casino.
Develops and maintains premium player marketing programs that increase market share and company profitability in accordance with
all gaming regulations. Establishes and maintains good will of premium players throughout Council Bluffs market based upon personal
interaction. Represents management at special events and promotions; greeting and hosting customers ensuring high standards of
courtesy, friendliness, and hospitable attitudes are maintained by all employees. Assisting customers with procedures for establishing
check cashing privileges, credit, reservations, and comp privileges as appropriate. Assisting in special events planning with emphasis
on invitation list development. Contacts and entertains potential gaming customers, promoting and selling attributes of Harrah’s Council
Bluffs Casino & Hotel and Horseshoe Casino. Manages planning and scheduling of visits to the facility by individuals and groups of new
or established good gaming customers. Manages the development and implementation of new programs and promotions to ensure a
steady flow of high quality patronage through personalized service to high limit players. Acts as a role model and presents oneself as a
credit to Harrah’s and encourages others to do the same. Adheres to all department/company policies and procedures.
College degree with some business and financial planning courses preferred or equivalent experience in related field. A minimum of 7
years previous experience in gaming related positions with increasing levels of responsibility required. Financial and Budgetary
experience preferred. Proven business and project management skills. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication
skills. Ability to present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner to all levels within the organization. Must be able to
prioritize, direct, and monitor multiple tasks and assignments. Ability to quickly identify or anticipate potential problems and
recommend solutions for variables that can impact property operations. Ability to analyze problems and apply logical/cost effective
solutions. Some travel may be required.
