As the world’s largest riverboat casino with over 90,000 square feet of gaming action, we’re located just 20 minutes from downtown Louisville, KY and situated in Elizabeth, Indiana (Harrison County). The property is just 10 minutes south of New Albany, IN on Hwy. 111.


Provides high quality customer service and creates a winning and exciting experience for each guest. Writes, cashes, and runs keno tickets for guests.
Perform the act of Keno writer and runner.
Provides Keno ticket transactions while moving throughout the casino floor.
Exchanges Keno tickets for cash accurately and with integrity.
Answers questions regarding the Keno game and addresses concerns.
Provides friendly, excellent service to all guests.


High school diploma or equivalent. Must possess great oral communication skills, well-developed interpersonal skills and enjoy entertaining and interacting with the public. Previous customer service experience is preferred. Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Physical, Mental and Environmental Demands:
Must be able to work independently.
Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time (minimum of 4 hours).
Must be able to maneuver throughout all areas of the casino and from floor to floor via stairways (minimum of 20 steps) or via escalator.
Responds to visual and aural cues.
Must have the manual dexterity to collect tickets and handle currency and coin.
Must be able to reach, bend, twist, turn, grab, grip, sort and stack.
Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke, strong odors, dust, loud noises and bright lights.
Must be able to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Must qualify for, obtain, and maintain a gaming license from the Indiana Gaming Commission.
