The 92,000 square-foot casino features 33,000 square feet of gaming space. The Sheraton hotel experience offers the only all suite hotel in Tunica. SUMMARY: Responsible for performing a variety of duties including FOH sound, monitor mix, and acting as stage hand.

• ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other job related duties may be assigned.
  
• Operates monitor mix, FOH mixer, video and lighting equipment when required.
  
• Recommends equipment improvements as needed.
  
• Assists with load-in and set-up show performance, strike, and load-out.
  
• Assists in advancing the date and preparing lighting plots, stage plots, and line runs.
  
• Responsible for regular repairs and maintenance of equipment.
  
• Cross-trains in other technical job functions.
  
• Supports and maintains Horseshoe courtesy guidelines.
  
• Promotes outstanding guest relations.
  
• Performs other duties as assigned.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES/JOB DIMENSIONS:
Attendance, which may be modified by the Horseshoe from time to time, is an essential function of the job and is required to successfully perform in this position. Employees with irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.

Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.

Upon employment, all employees are required to fully comply with Horseshoe policies and procedures for the safe and efficient operation of company facilities. Employees who violate company policies and procedures are subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.
