The 92,000 square-foot casino features 33,000 square feet of gaming space. The Sheraton hotel experience offers the only all suite hotel in Tunica. JOB SUMMARY:
Plan, direct and coordinate through subordinates, Executive Hosts, casino management and other credit authorizers the property’s credit efforts, ensuring adherence to policy as well as regulatory requirements. Development and implementation of Brand programs focusing on credit issuance procedures, awareness programs and promotion of cross property credit availability. Oversee the execution of other Brand credit initiatives directed by the Corporate Vice President and Controller. Make recommendations to property and senior management to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of credit practices. Authorize the holding of credit instruments within established guidelines. Authorize credit to guess within established guidelines. Personally contact gaming guests regarding credit. Review and approve applications for hotel direct bill accounts. Facilitate the flow of quality credit information within property and across the Brands. Monitor credit trends for improvement opportunities. Report on the overall effectiveness of credit granting decisions. Oversee collection efforts performed to ensure timely and appropriate actions taken. Leader is responsible for instilling and promoting a strong culture of customer satisfaction. In addition, the successful candidate exhibits an upbeat positive attitude and passion for guest service. Responsibilities include execution of differentiated service and process improvements to minimize wait times.

College degree in related area. Minimum of five years in a supervisory or managerial position, preferably with casino experience. Excellent skills in oral and written communication, public relations, and guest customer relations. Proven knowledge of good credit practices and ability to make excellent judgment decisions. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Access) or equivalent. Working knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Practice Act. Demonstrate proficiency in multi-tasking responsibilities. Knowledge of casino operations and cashiering preferred. Must pass all written assessments.
