As the world’s largest riverboat casino with over 90,000 square feet of gaming action, we’re located just 20 minutes from downtown Louisville, KY and situated in Elizabeth, Indiana (Harrison County). The property is just 10 minutes south of New Albany, IN on Hwy. 111.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
Previous dishwashing experience preferred.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be able to work different shifts and start times as needed.
Professional demeanor required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining all general kitchen utensils, pots, pans, china, flatware, glassware, etc. or as needed or assigned.
Maintains a safe, clean, and sanitary environment in assigned area.
Complies with all methods for safely handling cleaning supplies and chemicals.
Monitors supplies and communicates needs to immediate supervisor.
Works additional hours on short notice as requested by management, in order to accommodate one of the following: staffing emergency, employee absence, fluctuation in business levels, special projects, etc.

Physical, Mental and Environmental:
Must be able to work independently
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
Must be able to walk & stand for long periods of time
Must be able to tolerate areas of high temperature (heat); loud noises; bright lights; second hand smoke.
Must be able to maneuver throughout all areas of the venue
Must be able to grasp, hold, lift, bend, twist, stoop, carry, push, and pull
Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
