The property is just 10 minutes south of New Albany, IN on Hwy. 111.

Job Summary: Provides exceptional beverage service to property guests at all times.

Qualifications: Minimum of one-year previous bartending skills required. Ability to obtain and maintain a liquor license with the State of Indiana. Exceptional customer service skills along with an upbeat and positive attitude are a must. Must possess great communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and be a team player.

Essential Functions:
Attends CARE training and receives certification for alcoholic beverage service.
Using accurate measurements prepares and serves drinks to guests as requested.
Registers beverage related transactions, handles cash, room charges and complimentary tickets according to procedures and guidelines established by management.
Completes assigned side work.
Communicates with Beverage Supervisor and Manager areas in need of special attention to better facilitate quality guest service.
Completes accurate daily reports/banks.
Supervises the work of bar porters.
Keeps assigned areas neat and orderly.
Other tasks and related job duties assigned.

Physical, Mental & Environmental Demands:
Must be able to work independently.
Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, 6 - 8 hours.
Must be able to manuever from floor to floor either by stairways (a minimum of 20 steps) or by escalator.
Responds to visual and aural cues.
Must be fluent and literate in English.
Must be able to stoop, bend, twist, turn, push and pull, as well as lift and carry a minimum of 25 lbs.
Must have the manual dexterity to grab, grip, hold, pour, tear, cut, sort and reach.
Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke, dust, loud noises and bright lights.
Must be able to work nights, holidays and weekends.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Must qualify for, obtain and maintain a gaming license from the Indiana Gaming Commission.
