Responsible for observing all games, guests, and employees in order to protect assets of the company. Monitors casino floor and support facilities in order to ensure the safety of Harrah’s guests, employees and property. Enter and retrieve information from computer database and hard copy files in order to utilize such information in surveillance activities. Checks all cameras, VCRs and operating equipment to ensure their proper effectiveness in surveillance activities. Surveillance staff are prohibited from transferring to any position on the casino floor at Harrah’s NKC once they work in surveillance. Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.

Possess excellent basic math skills. Ability to see color to distinguish tokens in gaming areas. Able to remain anonymous to customers and employees in order to observe live gaming or money handling areas. Able to work alone for long periods of time, often in darkened and enclosed areas. Previous experience in gaming or gaming surveillance desired.
