Establishes and executes strategic marketing direction for Showboat and Bally’s Atlantic City in coordination with the Atlantic City region’s initiatives. Develops and implements the annual marketing plan for the property that supports and is supported by the overall brand strategy for the company. Creates marketing strategy, which generates trial and builds long-term relationships with customers and strengthens brand value. Develops and manages annual budget and capital plans with acceptable returns on investment. Achieves maximum revenue in each targeted market segment for gaming, hotel, entertainment and food and beverage. In conjunction with the Brand VP of Entertainment, is responsible for the strategic planning and development of Entertainment activities. Achieves revenue and profit targets for entertainment. Responsible for the development of advertising campaigns, promotions and direct marketing campaigns that generate acceptable returns on sales, and are well executed as a result of coordinating efforts with gaming, hotel, entertainment and food & beverage operations. Responsible for all property advertising and public relations while coordinating these functions with brand and regional advertising. Responsible for the property-level operations database management. Responsible for the assessment of the competitive marketplace in regard to marketing strategies, programs, campaigns and promotions. Anticipates and reacts to competitor’s marketing efforts. Analyzes property’s customer service scores and makes recommendations for improvement. Acts as an advocate for the customer. Coordinates all marketing plans and activities with casino marketing. Serves as a member of the Marketing Council.

Five years experience in a senior marketing position with direct responsibility for revenue generation and staff management. Preference for hospitality or service industry experience. College degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field with preference for an MBA. Ability to analyze competitive information and internal financial information and develop plans with measurable results. Creative innovative problem solving skills. Ability to develop effective working relationships with peers and coordinate marketing activities with operating departments. Ability to represent company at public functions and speak to large groups. Ability to simultaneously manage several projects
