SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE:This position is responsible for increasing gaming revenue through telemarketing to Asian VIP players with the objective of increasing visitation, as well as building and maintaining relationships with players with the goal of further developing brand loyalty and Tahoe property visitation of targeted customer base.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Telemarket Asian segments from generated lists of direct mail or event invitation recipients with the goal of increasing player visitation to the Tahoe properties.
- Assist team members; work with team to achieve team & personal goals.
- Corresponding through mail, internet, and referral with the targeted guests to further develop brand loyalty and visitation to the Tahoe properties.
- Attend player events which customers have been personally invited to and establish personal relationships with players within host segment.
- Arrange player’s trip and Meet & Greet VIP players when they are on properties.
- Maintains an up-to-date knowledge of all promotions, events, entertainment related to the Asian gaming targeted segment, and general property information. Stays informed of competitive promotional methods.
- Responds to Asian Diamond player letters and customer service survey results and communicates feedback to the appropriate manager.
- Maintains a courteous, efficient, helpful and professional manner with all customers, both internal and external.
- Provides complimentaries based on established guidelines.
- Communicates information and feedback on customer experience to the appropriate department manager and updates guest history for future visits.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Positions that have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy environment, and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products. Also, non-public contact positions may be required to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with their duties, and may be subject to the same environment.
EDUCATION: College Degree with emphasis on Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent field preferred
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of one year in Telemarketing, VIP Services, Total Rewards/Players Club or equivalent
ABILITIES:
- Literate and fluent in English & Cantonese or Vietnamese.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication and sales skills
- Superior guest service skills
- Ability to resolve problems to the satisfaction of both the customer and the company
- Computer literate; experience with CMS/LMS systems desired
- Ability to independently maintain high levels of productivity
