Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be able to speak clearly while interacting with guests and associates. Must be able to answer and initiate phone calls. Must be able to type and input data using hardware and software programs. Must have the ability to lift heavy items (up to 70lbs.), walk and/ or stand for extended periods of time (up to 4 continuous hours) and be able to work a flexible schedule. Assist in subduing combative subjects and the physical stamina to respond to calls.


Desired Skills: Previous military, police, EMT and/or security experience.
