Required Skills:A degree of certification from an accredited culinary arts institute specializing in French cuisine. Must be able to stand on feet 10 - 12 hours per day. Must be able to be a team leader and able to manage multiple priorities, inspire and elevate an individual's or team's performance. Must be extremely guest focused. Must have five or more years as a Chef in a fine dining g establishment. Must have an expert working knowledge and be highly proficient and skilled in the following: food storage, cooling and thawing, managing and expediting orders. Must be able to do menu planning.
