Summary:
Keno Writers ensure that players receive the highest level of service in the Keno Dept. The Keno Writer is instrumental in the smooth operation of the game.

Essential job functions include:
Accept ticket from customer and accurately enter numbers in machine to generate computer ticket. Accept monies from players and make appropriate change. Pay out monies to winners. Call games over the microphone. Maintain cleanliness of Keno Lounge and restock supplies, i.e., tickets, pens, etc.

Requirements:
No experience is necessary. Previous money-handling experience is required. Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to pass a math test. Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift. Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team. Must present a well-groomed appearance.
