ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:
Must maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety. Prepares schedules and staffing guides for the food and beverage outlets and assists in maintain payroll costs as budgeted. Establishes training programs that ensure high quality guest experience. Responsible for documentation in records of employees in the beverage department.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience preferably in F&B. College degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or equivalent preferred. Must have strong communication skills, be able to train, motivate and coach team members. Fosters and encourages a team environment. Must be able to work on own, without constant supervision. Ability to obtain Louisiana Gaming License. Must be able to pass all written assessments.
