This position will ensure the development of excellent relationships with quality gaming customers. It will also foster an employee culture that is passionate about delivering truly world class customer service.


  • Adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies in an ethical manner.
  • Make hotel, show, and restaurant reservations, as well as offer assistance with transportation arrangements.
  • Coordinate special requests with Casino Hosts and outside vendors for our preferred guests.
  • Utilize all available computer systems to maximum effectiveness.
  • Anticipate and provide for guest needs in advance of request.
  • Assist in the execution of special events.
  • Explain the advantages of Total Rewards Card program and encourage use of Total Rewards Card.
  • Provide personalized service for AEP and VIP players; know their preferences for services.
  • Identify / cultivate new and existing AEP and VIP players.
  • Conduct daily activity reports.
  • Responsible for departmental, company, and brand performance standards.
  • Work well with in-house departments and outside vendors.
  • Daily display FOCUS and Harrah’s Service Cycle training.
  • Exhibit sound decision-making and high morale.
  • Be a participating team member by providing input and suggestions, volunteering and being involved in projects, committees, and task forces.
  • Be proactive with incidents and issues ensuring resolution with employees and guests.
  • Maintain high standards of courtesy, hospitality, friendliness, and professionalism.
  • Be informed about all property and brand events, initiatives, products, and services focused on and/or relating to AEP’s and other casino players.
  • Other duties as required for personal and staff to deliver excellent service to internal and external customers.



  • High School Diploma / GED (college degree is preferred).
  • Two years prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Must have great customer service, employee relation, and individual / teamwork skills.
  • Must be detail orientated, creative, artistic, motivated, and willing to work long hours.
