Provide excellent service to restaurant customers

• Greet guests; provide guests with menus
  
• Take guests food and beverage orders; give orders to kitchen personnel
  
• Deliver orders to guest
  
• Return to tables regularly to ensure satisfaction and suggest additional items, such as desserts
  
• Deliver check; handle cash and comp check transactions
  
• Build relationships with customers
  
• Abide by appearance standards
  
• Encourage FOCUS standards
  
• Ensure service recovery activities
  
• Exhibit sound decision-making with emphasis on motivating team and maintaining high morale

• High School diploma/G.E.D
  
• Prior food service experience preferred
  
• Legible handwriting
  
• Willing to learn and be adaptable

• Professional appearance and grooming
  

Must demonstrate the following essential knowledge and skills:

• Able to carry and balance food service tray
  
• Able to attend to multiple priorities simultaneously
  
• Able to be on feet for 8 hour shift
  
• Able to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grasp
  
• Exposure to secondhand smoke
  
• Available to work night shifts
  
• Respond to visual aural cues
  
• Read, write and speak correct English
