POSITION SUMMARY: Under direction of the Slot Shift Manager, performs all aspects of slot machine installation, repair and maintenance.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inspects slot machines for malfunctions and tampering.
  
• Assures security of slot machines in accordance with company policy and Gaming Regulations.
  
• Possesses through knowledge of Gaming Regulations pertaining to slot machines.
  
• Provides technical advice to Slot Shift Manager regarding jackpot payouts and disputes.
  
• Provides change service/keyperson service to customers when necessary.
  
• Performs other duties as directed.
  
• Must assist patrons in answering questions and direct them to areas of safety during emergencies as instructed by management, security or senior crew members.
  
• Assure exceptional customer service to all patrons by communicating in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times.
