Slot Attendant/Host - CB

Upbeat personality for all interactions with guests and fellow employees. Proactive in anticipating customer needs by continually searching for lights and customers in need of service. Motivation in becoming familiar with all guests, remembering names and little facts. Possesses money handling skills in providing change for guests. Knowledge of documentation required in transactions including jackpots, hopper fills, machine entries and machine repairs. Possesses a thorough working knowledge of the various slot and video games and equipment. Basic knowledge of other games and services offered at the casino. Knowledge of department policies and procedures including those pertaining to Federal and Regulatory laws and guidelines. Routinely strives to build and maintain rapport with customers by handling disputes and making every effort to achieve customer satisfaction. Fill hoppers and provide minor machine repairs as necessary. Exercises appropriate discretion in identifying situations that require management attention. Ability to handle & secure keys within department guidelines. Knowledge and communication of special promotions to customers. Coordinates with Casino Operations Supervisors and Security to detect and prevent attempts to cheat or damage gaming equipment and to identify floor irregularities to a Casino Operations Supervisor, Lead Shift Supervisor or Casino Manager.

High school diploma or equivalent experience is preferred. Must possess strong money handling and documentation skills. Must have knowledge of casino rules, procedures and regulations pertaining to Slot Operations. Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team across departments and levels of management. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Must present a well-groomed appearance.
