Table Games Supervisor - Caesars Summary:
Supervises for the operations of two to eight table games on an assigned shift, placing special emphasis on guest service, security of Harrah’s assets and positive employee motivation and coaching.
Essential job functions include:
Verifying fill slips, credit slips, and markers pertaining to games in area supervising. Maintain surveillance over assigned area to ensure that the code of honesty is observed. Maintain constant interface with players, supervisors, and dealers. Resolve any problems or questions, guests or dealers may have. Rate all guests playing markers, green chips, $500 buy-ins, or anyone who asks to be rated. Keep employees informed by word of mouth of all meetings and memos. Complete Reg. 6A paperwork and Multiple Transaction Log. Accurately count chips at shift change. Change cards. Observe games to protect Rio assets. Understand and enforce all Rio procedures. Inform Shift Manager of potential safety problems.
Requirements:
High School graduate or equivalent required. College degree preferred. Three to five years’ casino experience required, preferably in pit operation. Knowledge of casino rules, regulations and procedures pertinent to Table Games operations is preferred. Must possess excellent customer relations, leadership and communication skills. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Must be willing to work any day of the week and any shift. Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team. Must present a well-groomed appearance.
