Total Rewards Representative

Facilitates and issues Total Rewards Cards in a timely, friendly and courteous manner. Assists in the execution of the Harrah’s Total Rewards Card program by providing guests with information regarding program services, benefits and performing related activities as assigned in accordance with Total Rewards operations. Consistently acknowledge players immediately, making eye contact and initiate a friendly interaction. Responsible for understanding the focus on AEP’s, look for and take opportunities to improve FOCUS service delivery. Demonstrate a sense of urgency while performing duties. Creates atmosphere of fun and excitement for guests. Perform back to back procedures when deemed necessary. Must pass test on CMS/WINet/Comping. Be proficient in comps, cash back, voids, new accounts, reprints and redeeming procedures. Enter new accounts in two to three minutes, reprints one minute. Must keep exception reports to less than two per month. Ability to adapt quickly to rapidly changing business levels and values the differences of others. Attend department meetings and information sessions.

High School Diploma
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must be able to type 30 - 35 word per minute
Previous computer skills preferred
Must enjoy working with the public
