• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, safeguarding all funds and documentation issued or received.
• Maintaining good customer relations
• Counting and verifying all even exchanges completed at the cage
• Exchanging chips, tokens and promotional coupons for cash
• Cashing checks upon approval of credit and proper identification using a unique program called “Global Cash System”.
• Processing table and cage markers using a unique casino program called “Pit Boss”
• Processing credit and debit cards transaction upon proper identification
• Processing table fills and credits upon receipt of proper requests
• Processing jackpots and hopper fills upon receipt of proper requests
• Processing hard and soft count drops
• Assisting in safeguarding all shipboard assets and records as well as enforcing the accounting and internal control procedures

• As Cage Main Banker, responsible for processing cashier’s window exchanges to replenish the cashier’s bank. Assist with verification of employee transactions. Verify all funds to the assigned bank. Notify cashier if window exchange needs correction following Cage internal controls, policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records and paperworks. Perform other related duties when needed.
