Bus Driver

Is ready to serve and informed of daily information; builds relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting. Anticipates needs and provides fast, flawless service. Checks for satisfaction and properly uses the Service Recovery process to resolve problems when they exist. Promotes Total Rewards programs and card membership. Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting.

Safely transports employees from employee parking lot to employee entrance or between Atlantic City properties. Responsible for reporting any mechanical problems to supervisor. Responsible for general cleanliness of assigned vehicle. Maintains professional, upbeat demeanor with all guests.

Must possess valid NJ CDL driver’s license for busses with passenger endorsement. Must have clean driving record. Previous bus/van driving experience preferred.
