Total Rewards Representative - Customer Service

Communicating features and benefits of the Total Rewards Program and all related promotions to prospective gaming customers; maintaining the integrity of all promotional programs through verification of information of marketing research purpose; acknowledging, greeting and conversing with customers as they approach the Total Rewards center; creating and issuing Harrah’s Total Rewards cards and effectively promotes programs; maintaining database integrity by following high standards of data entry; issuing rewards to customers based on their gaming; ensuring the protection of customer’s rewards and credit lines; promoting Harrah’s St. Louis by interacting with customers in an enthusiastic, helpful and friendly manner; meeting attendance guidelines of the job and adhering to regulatory, departmental and company policies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Previous high volume customer service experience preferred; excellent communication skills required; some computer experience required; must be able to type 20 wpm; must be able to work any day of the week and any shift; must be at least 18 years of age and be able to obtain a Gaming License; must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English; must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team; must present a well-groomed appearance.
