Job Summary:
Helps with guest baggage, dispatch and valet park vehicles while providing excellent customer service.

Essential Job Functions:
Acknowledges, greets and converses in English with customers who need assistance with their baggage. Accurately delivers bags to and from guest rooms. Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies. Ability to work an on call position, available for all shifts. Work in all weather conditions. Ability to run/sprint for long periods of time. Ability to communicate with customers in a friendly and efficient manner. Must be able to drive a manual transmission/all types of vehicles. Must be able to produce proof of a clean driving record for past three years. All duties related to customer service at the bell desk, answering phones, dispatching check-ins / check-outs, renting wheel chairs & scooters, etc…

One year previous experience as a Bell Person is preferred. Must be able to lift heavy baggage up to 80 pounds. Minimum of one year customer service experience in a previous position, where the primary job duty is direct customer service, is required. Must have the proven ability to provide courteous, friendly and efficient service. Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team. Must present a well-groomed appearance.
