Bartender Casino Beverage

Providing wine, liquor and related bar service to guests at assigned stations, including slot change for bars equipped with poker slot machines; ensuring excellent bar service to guests and beverage servers to ensure smooth operation of the beverage department; mixing drinks according to prescribed recipes; keeping station stocked with all liquor, glasses and accessories necessary; accounting for all beginning cash register bank, all cash, complimentary drink coupons and charge receipt; maintaining integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Flexibility in fingers and hands to operate cash register and beverage guns; pickup glasses, ice scoop and use a shot glass to measure liquor according to procedure. Mathematical abilities including addition and subtraction. Ability to work with hands in ice for 8 to 10 hour Shifts. Ability to stand and walk for 8 to 10 hours Shifts. Ability to work in constricting areas. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
