Heavy Duty Cleaning Shampooer -Graveyard- Experience Only

Job Summary: Completes all shampooing, scrubbing, stripping and waxing of all floors. Wipe off slot machines, clean windows, polish brass, empty ash trays, clean restrooms, sweep, mop and vacuum.

Qualifications: Ability to operate floor scrubbers, floor buffers, extractors, and shampoo machines. Knowledge of chemicals and waxes. Some oral communication skills required.

Managerial Pre-Requisites:

Essential Job Functions:Ability to clean and stock areas. Ability to acknowledge, greet and converse in English with customers. Respond to visual and oral signals. Exposure to cleaning fluids, shampoos for hard floor and tile, upholstery. Address concerns and questions. Ability to do heavy cleaning of hard and tile floors, climb ladders, manipulate genie lift to ceiling level of casino, use of mops and brooms, vacuums, extractors, window cleaning in casino, and light fixtures in and outside occasionally.

Physical & Mental Demands:Ability to continuously stand and maneuver in a confined area.

Ability to frequently push and pull 75 lbs. Ability to frequently lift 50 lbs. Ability to continuously stand or walk en entire shift. Ability to work in hot or cold environment. Physical dexterity to reach above head, bend and twist at waist and knees.
