BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF JOB:
Responsible for the supervision of all Beverage Servers under his/her control ensuring operational standards and guest services are in accordance with Harrahs Entertainment Policy and Procedures and Gaming regulations.

Responsible for the training and supervision of the beverage staff.

May assist in the scheduling of the associates.

Ensures smooth and efficient service throughout all beverage facilities in the casino.

Must have a knowledge of the Dram Shop Act, Alcohol Beverage Control Act, local jurisdiction gaming laws (federal, state, compact, etc.) and attendant regulations as well as Grand Casino’s internal controls, policies and procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or equivalent required. Two to four years beverage serving experience. Gaming experience preferred. Thorough knowledge of ABC and CC regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
