Housekeeping Supervisor

Supervise the hotel housekeeping staff, training, motivating, coaching and counseling. Solicits guest feedback and identifies opportunities to invoke the 100% guarantee. Completes regular room inspections and cleans rooms if necessary. Assists in purchasing supply inventory process. Ensure equipment is in working order and employees have needed resources to complete their daily work.

High School graduate; prior supervisory cleaning experience required; excellent communication and guest service skills; computer skills; trained OSHA, BBP, Bio Haz Comm. regulations; fexible in working to meet the demands of the business including nights, weekends and holidays; prior supervisory experience required.
